Auto Factories slowing down in Europe , America and around the World , due to chip shortages , basic 28 nm chips developed in 2010, proves the question is : How could none of the Bureaucracies around the World see that advanced Car Manufacturing would require these old basic chips ? We need a revolution in the thinking of the Bureaucracies around the World and in the EU : They must constantly ask : What will our Economy and Industry need tomorrow ? From Cyber Training to Manufacturing parts , Bureaucracies must be thinking one step ahead, not one step behind, thanks! In my opinion, the most immediate solution is linking all Workers , Bureaucrats ,Students , Companies , Health, Parents, Teachers , link all with Training Videoconference Tablets , assembled in EU , to put every one on the same page, training on cyber tools like DigitalEuro apps and NFT's, training in 3D Printing, ELECTRIC VEHICLES,e-Drones, Batteries,Hydrogen, Robotics,Organic Farming, Hatcheries ,Desalination ,Space Travel Industry and reusable rockets, etc., everybody connected.
