Johansson : This July and August ,while Brussels and Strasbourg are on Vacation, and like almost every year, the Neocon Oligarchs and their Partners will organize a Crisis , and since everyone will be out of town, it will become a huge nightmare. In my humble opinion the smart move is to be ready in July and August to any possibility of Conflict or Crisis and able to put out the mess quickly and smoothly. Thanks.
