Biden wants them to be " Defensive", the Neocon Oligarchs are using those Funds to bankrupt Europe , Ukraine and Russia and profit from high Oil , Gas & Weapons Prices . In my opinion the Evidence now out that MEP's vote for EU Funds for NGO's and when they leave Public Office, they get advising Jobs at these NGO's that pay between € 3.000 and 10.000 Euros a month, and they use these offices to lobby for more Contracts and Deals, that is the worst part. Also that Middle East NGO's get the most EU Funds approved is criminal , considering that EU Working Families and the EU Middle Class, who pay these Taxes , are unable to make it to the end of the month , while these NGO's , that have never work or pay Taxes in the EU, they get the EU Funds : That is impeachable material , in my opinion . People should be indicted.
