Thanks , Pr. Lagarde. Energy Independence demands 200 gigawatts of Solar, Wind , Batteries , Smart Electric Grid and Chargers , Desalination , etc. , with Crops underneath , from Portugal to Greece and at least 10 Electric Vehicles Factories across Europe , with most of these Components made in EU, for a cost of € 750 billion over 10 years. I would invite Tesla, Ford , GM , Toyota , Honda and Nissan and their Engineers and Workers to build the whole Network with EU local Industry & EU Workers . How else can Europe do it ?
