  1. Training is the most important point of the whole EU Porto Social Summit, in my opinion. It's no coincidence that these Atlantic Coasts , from Porto to Cadiz in the South, is where the first Marine Explorers went West, they discovered America and brought to that Continent Horses, Wagons & Books for the first time , while some local American Tribes were still conducting cannibalism and blood rituals after battle. These EU Explorers were the best trained and experienced. Today is the same, the best trained will get to the Moon and Mars , while others will be down here whining and complaining.
