In my opinion , one simple solution is all EU Scientists/Pharma/Bio/Chemical Workers,Students & Patients linked by videoconference & cheap high speed data satellite ,WiFi, cellular & collaborative working software , so solutions can be found & implemented in real time. EU 27 Countries not able to agree to provide all EU Citizens with smartphones, laptops, tablets & cheap fast data is so unbelievably & incompetent , it's amazing ! Also Augmented Reality glasses are part of the next solution as soon as new powerful semiconductors can be reduced in size & power demand, in my opinion these logical & simple solutions should be financed by Recovery Funds.
