The same way the EU should build it's EU Sky Shield Initiative together with France , Italy , Spain , etc. and all local tech and components , or the Maintenance and Services , as well as the cost of the missiles will bankrupt the Project soon , and foreign parts will make it unsafe totally . It should be a mix of mobile drones networks ,radars , energy, shoulder fire and large missiles , all working together .
