Europe must install it's 400 Gigawatts of Clean Energies, Agrivoltaics and build it's own Heat Pumps , no matter the initial Cost. Europe should unite Brasil, Mexico , Suriname , the Guyana's and Venezuela ( and Colombia ? ) to extract carefully their Coastal 200 billion barrels of Crude Oil, Gas and Minerals to extract the Chemicals needed to build their 200 - 300 Gigawatts of Clean Energies and Batteries arrays and their Internet Commerce industry , and avoid cutting their beautiful forests .
