In my opinion, the EU Digital Transition can only happen if every European gets a Smartphone, Laptop or Tablet & cheap data plan for Videoconference Training , total cost for 200 million tablets & basic HTML,Linux, Blockchain, E-commerce, Clean Energy, Hydrogen Paste & FuelCells, Desalination, Space Travel, etc.: ~ €25 billion. What is your plan ?
