As Brussels knows, international Hedge Funds and Private Equity have the most experience working the Bureaucracy channels and know how to monopolize Contratcs and Biddings , so the EU job watching for their potential abuses and unfair manipulations is critical. The key is that every EDF Contract makes the local EU Economy stronger.
