In my opinion, precise spending details are vital and the Court should remember that this is not only Infrastructure & Manufacturing but also Training a whole Generation of Young European Workers , Specialists, Technicians & practical Engineers or Asia will take over EU Industrial base. Example : TSMC of Taiwan has announced € 90 Billion in the next 3 years to build Chip Foundries , and China is starting to manufacture 7nm chips with rudimentary homegrown technology , they will take over CPU, GPU, NPU Industries unless Europa starts Manufacturing own Chips, SoC, packaging, etc. Same for consumer e-drones, Smartphones, tablets , cyber appliances , electric transport, hydrogen hardware , etc.etc. The focus should be on training the Workers while fixing Infrastructure & Manufacturing, EU Kids can't even build an E-commerce site , dear Court.
