Training all Europeans in Electric Transportation , Batteries , Hydrogen, Electric Grid & charging networks ,using Videoconference Training Tablets & HTML5 to run them is exactly what the EESC, Employers, Workers & Bureaucrats are talking about, in my opinion. If every European learns in their own tablets how to run HTML5 E-commerce sites, Brussels will unleash a massive wave of creativity & imagination that is waiting to have the tools to express itself : Training Videoconference Tablets/Laptops and cheap data plans with precise training programs. That is all Europe needs to start. Once every EU Worker, Employer, Civil Servant knows how to build and use these HTML5 apps, DigitalEuro apps and NFT's and similars will grow naturally. EU just needs the tools. Assembly of these tablets w/ VoIP, etc., locally inside EU with Asian Assembly experts will create it's own Industries and skills.
