Fix what you have , before expanding : Years ago, when sunni & shiite imams, mullahs, ayatollahs , etc. told their fanatic followers : "'The infidel men and woman in bikinis must burn in hell ", most no one realized how devastating this terrorist strategy was going to be : Only one fanatic with a matchbox or lighter setting a fire in a forest or bush near Beaches, Tourist Resorts, Camping grounds, Hotels, etc. can force a full Evacuation, ending and ruining Vacations , stressing out Children and Seniors , Destroying Season Businesses, Leaving Workers without Work and Income , forcing Local Towns to spend all their Funds to put out the Fires and support local Economies, a total disaster by just one fanatic with a lighter . Europe must provide every Vacation Community with DRONES with Video, Thermal and Infrared, etc. , and without ruining the Privacy Rights and Joy and Happiness of the Visitors, Tourists, Vacationers, make sure no fanatic psychopath can ruin everything for everyone. DRONES must be assembled locally . Can Europe just do that ?
