  1. Fact is Daesh & Qaeda have announced a few days ago an " All out War against all EU Infidels on all fronts " . Thousands of highly skilled Workers are waiting for a Visa outside the EU ready to pay their fees and pay Taxes while working . EU Recovery Funds are blocked due to the absurd bickering in some EU Countries , like internal blackmail. Intel can't even open a new chip factory in Ireland on time. In my opinion the EU should take care of it's own problems first.
