Same Oligarch Financials selling Debt to Europe for Recovery Funds are same Oligarchs financing some of the opposition to Lukashenko to take over Belarus assets in the Chaos , and are same Oligarch's Hedge Funds & Private Equity selling Weapons to all sides in the Conflict , instead of mini Drones , which can wipe out or disable whole Tank ,Artillery ,Rocket launchers and Armored Vehicles Units in one pass , like the ones sold by Middle East Countries to all sides in other Conflicts. In my opinion, EU Intelligence should+must find common links , EU could be played by these well organized Oligarchs , instead of focusing on EU Semiconductors, Electric Grid, Clean Energy,Drones, Robotics/3dprinting, Space Travel ,Reusable Rockets & Training .
