Thanks , Ch. Merkel . People are very worried that in Ukraine, after all the Chaos and Destruction, after all the Financial Aid from EU and US Taxpayers, the same Oligarch's control most of the Ukraine National Assets , Banks , Industry and State Contracts , nothing has changed ! People worry that the same will happen in Belarus , a 9.5 million People Country with huge Natural Assets controlled mostly by the Government, that the Oligarchs will organize the same Chaos and Destruction so they can end up controlling all the People's assets , same as in Ukraine. b) NATO is talking about Investing in new Weapons and Defense Technologies with start ups, using € billions from the EU & US Taxpayers , we know from experience that in the end the Hedge Funds & Private Equity control most of the Contracts, Technology and Intellectual Property Rights & Patents, while the Taxpayers end up with the huge Debt of these Wars and Conflicts , how can the EU & US Taxpayers defend against this classic potential abuse and waste ?
