In my opinion , Europe should focus like a laser in training it's own 450 million Citizens to win in the new E-commerce , new Clean Energies Markets , new Manufacturing Worlds of Space Travel , 3DPrinting & Robotics , e-Drones & e-Planes so important for Farming ,Industry & Defense, etc. & Build a solid Electric Grid with Solar, Wind, Wave, Hydrogen Energies & Industries , as well as training European Workers & Consumers in DigitalEuro apps & Chips Manufacturing , or Asia will eat EU lunch and dinner with impunity. In my opinion, EU should focus in it's own 450 million Citizens so they can win in the Global ruthless Markets.
