Van der Straeten : Europe needs and wants a very strong and talented Diplomatic Force to unite all the Tribes in Libya and all the Political Parties in Venezuela and all the ethnic groups in Nigeria, each one of them can export 3 to 5 million barrels a day with basic investments in repairs , infrastructure and pipelines / ports, but the Oil Sheiks and their Neocon Oligarchs financial partners are financing Weapons to the 2 sides in each of these 3 Countries to maintain Chaos and Conflict and stop any Oil & Gas Extraction and Exports , to keep prices up and control the Energy & Commodities Traders Speculation and staggering Profits. A new team from the private sector , lawyers and business experts, etc., that can make smart Deals in Libya , Venezuela and Nigeria and all their neighbors, in my opinion Europe must go out and fight for it's Energy .
