Thanks Pr.Michel :In my opinion Europa & America should support chips manufacturing,5-3nm ,like Intel, GlobalFoundries, TSMC, Samsung,LG, etc.locally inside EU+USA , batteries & Electric Vehicles, eVTOL drones & flying cars/taxis , robotics training & Space Travel Industry using Reusable Rockets & Hardware , as well as the best possible distributed cyber Electric Grid where Farmers & Home/Property Owners can supply their own excess power with solar,wind, geothermal, hydrogen, motion, biowaste except cutting trees, wave/tidal, hydropower,etc. to the Electric Grid , start testing apps for Digital Euro & Digital Dollar & by direct conversations with Pr.Biden himself as soon as possible to create Jobs & Growth .
