  1. EU Energy Ministers: Where are the 400 Gigawatts of Clean Energies that Europe needs right now? Where are the Solar Panels Arrays , Wind Turbines, Battery Packs , Smart Grid and Chargers and at least 10 Electric Transportation Factories? Where are they ? Most manufactured in the EU and installed in the EU by EU Workers ? Where the Apprenticeships ? In the meantime Morocco & Argelia and Libya & Egypt could use some improvements for their Gas & Oil , so that the Daesh, Qaeda , Shabaab, Boko Haram don't try to enter EU and kill infidels .
