In my opinion many Businesses don't want to invest in India because local regulations make it impossible to take out from India most or all Profits from the Businesses, and all or most of the Technologies, Businesses methods, machinery, intellectual property, etc. , they bring to India , become local properties . It's like the old marxist- leninist ideologies never ended . When will India address these issues ?
