Fact that BlackRock, run by Fink, is an Asset Manager that is a Stockholder in the big Oil, Gas and Weapons Companies profiting from the Ukraine War , and now will profit and manage the Funds for the Reconstruccion of Ukraine, with Zelenskiy and Yermak, is technically a huge Conflict of Interest and a potential Fraud and Abuse situation. That European Elected Officials would agree to that and involve European Taxpayers Funds and Debt is unacceptable and unethical.
