The problem is that since the start of the Pandemic at least 50 large Prisons in Middle East and Africa have been emptied out or broken into due to lack of resources or Civil War , and now at least 250.000 inmates have only one option : Europe with Fake Papers or No Papers, and the EU must know exactly who each migrant is, where they come from and what they want , to avoid one single member of Daesh, Qaeda, Boko Haram, Shabaab or now Kach and others entering the EU without notice . Every EU Woman and EU Child have the Right to walk any EU Street any time in Peace , without fear of Violence , Theft or worst,and that is not the case today.
