Not talking to them shows weakness and incompetence. Some of the same Bankers loaning Europe money want to sell EU expensive and obsolete Weapons to keep EU Economy down, unstable and needing more Loans. They have done that for Centuries , what some bankers do : Finance the 2 sides of every Conflict to never lose , the classic short that has kept Europe in ruins and hungry for Centuries. Isn't enough ? c) This looks a lot like a re-run of the Kiev Maidan Chaos , where the Oligarchs are on top again in the end, here they want Chaos to take over Belarus huge assets, the trick is to make sure young democratic leaders lead Belarus, not the usual Oligarchs gangsters . Whoever talks to Lukashenko and Putin and makes a smart Deal is a leader.
