In my opinion , Crisis in the Mediterranean proves the EU must turn their StartUpNationsStandard into active Legislation & get the EuropeanInnovation Council running to find new solutions : From e-VTOL small/ medium Drones to e-planes to Hydrogen Ships, from Solar , Wind & Wave Energy solutions to Greenhouse Farming / Urban Farming & Fishing Hatcheries. Local EU Communities have every Right to Vote on Immigration issues ,since their Taxes pay for them & affects their Towns, their Schools, their Social Life, Street Safety & Social Happiness.
