Proof is that in Davos it was made clear that the Ukraine Reconstruction will be financed by USA & EU Pensions, Retired Workers Pensions, Retirement Funds and Workers Savings and Insurance Funds, a very profitable scam . It's just business, very un - ethical and illegal businesses.
