In my opinion Semiconductors Foundries are vital since Automakers & others are stopping production due to shortage of chips , this is totally unnecessary & construction & upgrades must be started today. A solid Electric Grid is fundamental to support Electric Vehicles ,Batteries , e-Drones & Hydrogen distribution centers as well as Solar ,Wind, Wave , Hydro ,etc. On all this, all EU Leaders should be United , or Asia will eat your lunch & dinner.
