Europe needs Factories, ECB cannot delay these EU Factories : They bring Housing/ Construction, Transportation/ Energy, Stores / Commerce around them , as well as a trained Workforce that generates more Industry, and of course the factory products itself and the advance in automation and robotics / manual skills, and these factories can now be covered with Solar Panels and Batteries Arrays in many cases, and the fields around in Agrivoltaics. EUROPE must upgrade its super - complicated Permit Bureaucracies and build 15 large Electric Vehicles and Batteries Factories.
