Thanks ! Europe United should demand UN gets all Foreign Troops out of Libya & get all Factions ready for 12,24,21 General Elections. In my opinion the UN, France ,Italy and Germany, etc. should re-open their Embassies in Libya right now & secure their staff at all costs, firmly. With massive Oil ,Gas and Minerals deposits & 7 million Citizens , there is a Democratic Peace formula to benefit all it's Citizens & keep the Peace & Stability in their Mediterranean area. Europe must be firm on that , enough !
