  3. The U.S. military's long history and practice regarding the killing of civilians is a legacy and practice bringing national shame upon all Americans, and often constitutes war crimes. All Americans should condemn it and demand better. But...any "Brandon" fans can sit down and take a number without a citation of when they criticized Trump for being far worse on civilian deaths because he loosened rules of engagement that Biden restored and strengthened.
