Whelan has been his own worst enemy regarding gaining his release. He was in possession of a flash drive with the names of Russian border guards on it given to him by a Russian. Whelan and Griner's cases are wholly different.

@martytube821 - Whelan's detention is far more justified, and his case much more complicated. False equivalency is the bread and butter of the right wing, however. So you do you.

@lu544 - It's the facts, plain and simple. The Republican party is reaping the consequences of what they've sown for five decades. The white vote under 25 doesn't believe their hype about being better with the economy, because the proof in the pudding has proved it wrong for the fourth time in modern history.
