@ChrisKhaled83 - Strictly speaking, what he's doing is paying people who are registered voters to get other people who are registered voters to sign a petition stating that they support the Constitution, esp. The First and Second Amendments. They are not making a commitment to vote for a certain candidate, or even a commitment to vote at all. That they would be Trump voters is a calculated guess based upon the statement they're agreeing to in the petition. This is how he is betraying the spirit of the law without breaking the letter of the law. I believe lawsuits have already been filed, to confront the action.
