@1236612 - It's those of us who respect the founding principle that this is a nation of shared ideals, not shared geography or culture who protest these xenophobic, destructive, and counterproductive rulings by partisans, not civil servants.

@taylorlibby7642 - The judge isn't ruling on constitutionality, he's coming up with justifications without evidence. "Summerhays said in his ruling that the Biden administration violated administrative procedure laws and that lifting Title 42 would cause “irreparable harm” because the states would have to spend money on health care, law enforcement, education and other services for migrants." This is the kind of ruling the Republicans would call, "legislating from the bench". They falsely accuse Democrats of it often, while doing it themselves in fact.

You are peddling intolerance and grievance older than the Alamo and it's just as antithetical to the reasons this country is a superpower and unique in the world now as it was then. Fortunately, this nation still values the diversity and openness that made us what we are, despite bloviated rhetoric in the streets and streams.

Over 80% of the terror attacks and plots in the United States of America since 1994 have been by right-wing and anti-government terrorists. Since January 2020, over 93% of the terror attacks and plots in the United States of America have been by right-wing and anti-government terrorists. Right-wing and anti-government terrorists have killed more than twice as many people in the US than all other forms of terrorism combined.
