Comments by "Meh Pluribus Unum" (@pluribus_unum) on "Iraq accuses Turkey after air raids kill tourists | Al Jazeera Newsfeed" video.
The Kurdish people deserve more American support after all their leadership, partnership and sacrifices in the fights against ISIS, against Syria's butcher, Assad, and even against Russian mercenaries and Iranian special forces and their proxies targeting US troops in Syria and Iraq.

@mrpepe1408 - You are a troll who should merely be a trollbot. Yawn.
5
@icnsi - I only reiterate the sentiments of the Kurds who fought alongside the U.S. Why do these words leave you so restless in your bed at night. What ghosts of your own guilty conscience haunt your dreams?
3
@garyweston3269 - I don't take the things Putin apologists say at face value. Integrity matters, and you've shown none.
2
@muzza9467 - Erdogan doesn't love you like a son, despite you defending him like one.
2
@berkekadircelik6282 - The relationship has had its ups and downs, and all alliances during times of war include allegiances of mutual exploitation and convenience. I am speaking up in support of recognizing the contributions the Kurds have made to US national interests in their pursuit of greater self-determination and as allies against tyrants in and out of state office, like Erdogan or ISIS. You like to defend the choices of Turkey, which is your prerogative. Don't insult me by pretending you care about the Kurdish people.
2
@Lunnaae - Why do you lie about these things? Is it because the truth isn't in Turkey's favor?
2
@leader4606 - The Kurds live in multiple countries, and your simplistic notion of Iraqi history is shallow and laughable.
2
@sjajsjsj8665 - Pet parrot
2
@iraqimapper1595 - You didn't watch the video, clearly. The video is about Turkey bombing a resort enclave in Kurdish area of Iraq and killing tourists.

@chrisconnor7934 - Your pre-loaded anti-Kurd copypasta is not going to help you prop up Erdogan. You're just another glass house resident throwing stones. "The United States on Thursday added Turkey to a list of countries that are implicated in the use of child soldiers over the past year, placing a NATO ally for the first time in such a list, in a move that is likely to further complicate the already fraught ties between Ankara and Washington." "The U.S. State Department determined in its 2021 Trafficking in Persons (TIP) that Turkey was providing "tangible support" to the Sultan Murad division in Syria, a faction of Syrian opposition that Ankara has long, supported and a group that Washington said recruited and used child soldiers."
1
@chrisconnor7934 - In 2020, for example, there were 191 cases of abducted and forced child soldiers in Syria attributed to Turkey-backed militias.
1
@berkekadircelik6282 - From WWII on, there have been Kurdish forces working with the U.S. many times. Kurdish forces also fought alongside allied forces against German fascists but also against the UK and US backed fascist Resurrection/Resurgence party of Shah Mohammad Reza Pahlavi. The history of the turbulent alliance is well reported upon both by journalists and documentarians. I'm not speaking based upon the basis of one citation, but based upon the basis of all the historical facts put together as a collective whole.
1
@bakiozturk2112 - Erdogan would scrape his shoe on your teeth without thinking twice, sycophant.
1
kaıser - Bigotry makes you very unpleasant.
1
@fogshadow9112 - A separate issue. Stay on topic. If you are trying to undermine support for the Kurdish people with your comment, it's worth pointing out that the states of Florida and Texas in the US are also limiting free speech currently.
1
@sayed6113 - Maybe you don't feel the need to thank "The Daughters of Kobani", but I do.
1
@unhollysin3550 - ...and the point you want to make is?
1
@Papa Stalin - Your Kurdophobia and fealty to Iran and Syria is showing. You can try to distract from this story all you want, but the fact remains that Turkey killed tourists because they either don't care about tourists being killed, or they don't know where the Kurdish forces are hiding.
1
@Papa Stalin - In no way do I agree with your view, and I still see Kurdophobia. Do you agree that Turkey striking within Iraq is unjustified, even if they are attacking people you oppose?
1
@Papa Stalin - So you object to my assertion that the U.S. increase our support of Kurdish forces. Your pro-Assad position alone would dictate that view, so I understand why you feel that way.
1
@Papa Stalin - You hate the Kurds. Stop trying to pretend you don't. That's your prerogative. I support the Kurds, greater Kurdish autonomy, and also support Iraqi self-determination and know the two aren't mutually exclusive.
1
@Papa Stalin - I don't mistake your view for that of all Iraqis, just as I'm sure you don't mistake my view for that of all of us in the U.S.
1
@Iraqi_Army - You don't speak for anyone except yourself, and your nickname communicates where your allegiance lies; with the Iraqi state heavily influenced by Iran.
1
@Iraqi_Army - Your voice is lost in the drone of tne Endless Mayflies.
1
@Noxcho-li8pn - When forced to choose between the two delusional narcissist genocidal butchers, Assad or Erdogan, Assad was the "lesser of two evil butchers". In conflict areas and wars, these kinds of choices are not uncommon. Don't mistake my support for the Kurds for endorsement of all U.S. foreign policy. And definitely don't mistake support for the U.S. as support for its enemies, Trump and 98% of the Republican party included.
