Putin has dug his own grave politically with this invasion and attempted genocide.
5
Tell me you're a white nationalist while telling me you are a white nationalist.
5
You misspelled Putin.
5
@mrpepe1408 - You are a troll who should merely be a trollbot. Yawn.
5
@garycooper9207 - I understand there's no additional heat generated, it's the localized dissipation that's at work to create the sensation of warmth for added comfort. Much of the advantage is placebo effect, like rubbing your hands together over a fire. No added heat, but the localized sensation of warmth and a little endorphin boost.

This year's Tour de France 🚵🏾🇫🇷 riders are the subjects of a rare once in a millennia endurance and physical stress experiment.

For the trolls and bots; Genocide is an internationally recognized crime where acts are committed with the intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnic, racial, or religious group. These acts fall into five categories: 1. Killing members of the group. 2. Causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group. 3. Deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part. 4. Imposing measures intended to prevent births within the group. 5. Forcibly transferring children of the group to another group. _______________________________________ SOURCE: U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum

The Israeli government has rejected all efforts to [have] high level talks -- this part of the problem isn't a failure by both sides, only by the Israelis. April 8th, 2022 "Israel rejects US proposal for meeting with Palestinian national security advisers" "US plan was to allow Bennett to claim the meeting was not a diplomatic one, meaning he wouldn't have to renege on his promise not to hold negotiations, Haaretz reports."
4
Tehran's role going unmentioned seems like a flawed journalistic choice.
4
@marcoomau - No.
4
@sharr630 - To hold the Jewish people responsible for the actions of the state of Israel is simply wrong, and points towards bigotry when asserted as justice. Hamas' armed wing (roughly 15,000-30,000 militants) also isn't the roughly 14 million Palestinian people, despite the Israeli propaganda and conduct that asserts such a lie.
4
The Russian soldiers were abandoned by Putin's regime before they were killed. Their bodies left behind are a testament to how little Russia's wealthy care about other Russians.
4
Forced? No. Asked? It's an imperative.
4
@herbescobar2974 - My supposition is that it should be treated as a potential mass forcible transfer¹, not an issue of protected persons. _____________________________ ¹the transfer of civilian populations to other areas against their will

As long as you aren't one of the dead or abused laborers that built the stadiums, the Qatar World Cup is great.
4
Excellent.
4
@LeftistJuden - I hear you. Though still a debilitating affliction, American Exceptionalism in the mind of the American public is at it's lowest point in centuries. In no way diminishing the ongoing genocide we (US taxpayers) are fundamental to in Palestine -- the number and scale of atrocities still aren't close to those in Vietnam, Cambodia, and Laos -- even in 1968 alone. There were at least 180,000 innocents killed in 1968 by the War of Conquest by the U.S./French/British/Australians/South Vietnamese side in Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia.
4
@felixombati6423 - You being able to justify it to yourself -- even with plenty of company in doing so -- doesn't make it justifiable morally or in the eyes of international law.
4
@josephabdel-aziz2987 - Nope. 74 years old and counting.
4
If you can't see the parallels between the war crimes of Russia in Ukraine and the war crimes of Israel in Israel, then you are harboring unexamined bias. Israel is not engaged in exercising its right to self-defense in Gaza right now, they are committing the war crimes of the siege of a civilian population and the collective punishment of 5 million Palestinian people. Clearly, the actions of the Hamas terrorist group are also war crimes. However, Israel cannot oppose the two-state solution while holding the stateless Palestinians responsible for the Hamas' attack when Israel has ensured only Israel has the capacity to contain Hamas.
4
@eltorocal - Yes. Tantura should be reported on more widely as the IDF genocide continues. "[Around] 200 Palestinian Arab villagers from Tantura were massacred by the Alexandroni Brigade, which was part of what became the Israeli Defense Force. The massacre occurred following Tantura's surrender, a village of roughly 1,500 people in 1945 located near Haifa."

5:18 "Come now. Who would accept an occupier that tortures and maims?" France in Algeria - 1954-1962 Russia in Ukraine - 2014-__ If you can vote, do vote -- and vote wisely.
4
"According to research and data, right-wing governance and economic thinking make life more miserable for people." "Anyone who wants to thwart the establishment of a Palestinian state has to support bolstering Hamas and transferring money to Hamas. This is part of our strategy – to isolate the Palestinians in Gaza from the Palestinians in the West Bank." - Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in 2019 Netanyahu and Likud are certainly making millions of lives miserable and tens of thousands of lives over.
4
Putin can't afford it anymore, is my guess.
4
Putin doesn't love you back.
4
China can buy trolls and bots to prop up their regime. They don't change the fact that China is engaged in a genocidal campaign at home while also being the only reason Russia is able to continue its genocidal campaign on Ukraine. (Trolls and bots can eat 💩)
3
Putin is dragging Russia into his grave with him.
3
Settling Mars is the dumbest idea in space exploration. Full stop.

12:20 - "...they have to participate, they have to vote, as difficult as it is."

You aren't a reliable source, and those aren't the facts. 1. No they aren't just Azov left. We know members of the 36th Marine brigade, the 12th Operational Brigade of the National Guard and others remain. "I want to separately address those heroes who are having a very hard time. Those who defend Mariupol. A marine battalion of the 36th marine brigade, Azov special operations detachment, 12th operational brigade of the National Guard of Ukraine. Subdivisions of the State Border Guard Service. Volunteers of the "Right Sector". The 555th military hospital and National Police employees." - President Zelensky 2. This one is agreed upon by most experts. 3. Utter speculation with no evidence that disregards the facts on the ground. "Ukraine's military reportedly managed over the weeks to resupply troops with kit including night and thermal vision goggles, portable battery charging packs and even anti-tank munitions; but it became increasingly hard." ""Ultimately, the city was surrounded so soon into the invasion that there was never a chance to build up supplies," says Justin Bronk, a senior research fellow at defence think tank the Royal United Services Institute (RUSI)."
3
@pineapplesareyummy6352 - Holding one's own nation accountable enables me to speak truth to corrupted power wherever it rises. People are still believers in self-rule, and imperialist autocrats citing the imperialism of liberal democracies as cover for their own crimes against humanity isn't justification or absolution.
3
@herbescobar2974 - It's not a declared war, and even if it was, Russia denies being the occupying power. That said, I think it's reasonable to assert that it is in fact a war and that Russia is an occupying power proposing (possibly already conducting) the evacuation of civilians as an occupying power, using the instrument of their proxy militias. Under that assertion, the laws of war and the definition of this intended action are primary considerations. Is it a[n] evacuation by an occupying power for the safety of the civilian population in a conflict zone, [or] is it displacement with a different purpose, like possibly strategically removing witnesses from the site(s) of cross-border military infiltration or military incursion[?]
3
@tenzinnyima2792 - It's a good thing I didn't, then. This isn't the Super Bowl where you pick a team. This is humanity facing terrorism by a non-state entity that provoked terrorism by a state entity. I don't justify any terrorism.

The Iron Pipeline includes FL, GA, NC, TX and VA (1:56) These are 5 of the top 7 states for selling guns used in crimes within the first year after purchase, often in another state.
3
@deborahdube2777 - No doubt at all. That's the reason I provided the end of my comment pointing out I wanted to help combat stereotypical views that project a false homogeneity upon the diverse but shared cultural heritage of the region and people of Palestine and the Palestinians.
3
The fact that you went from AJ to Putin's mouthpiece is all we need to know.
3
@bluesjazznotes9436 - I don't share your assessment of RT. What you describe is simply the 80/20 Rule of propaganda -- tucking the 20% that is propaganda into the 80% of routine reporting -- the oldest and best way to have people believe what you want. The fact is, RT is "Russian state-controlled international television network funded by the federal tax budget of the Russian government." It is not a reliable source, it is an instrument of the Kremlin.
3
It's the will that's lacking more than the skills.
3
@vijek6435 - There's always the possibility that it's not an act.
3
You apparently know nothing about the Democrats' legislative actions. The Democratic party has served all Americans with a focus on working people and families for decades.
3
@naderhaidar007 - Unfortunately, the press in the U.S. is fixated on a false equivalency between the two major parties. It's also noteworthy that the white majority vote hasn't gone for a Democratic presidential candidate since the Democrats passed the Civil Rights Act and Voting Rights Act in 1964-65. We could do without the duopoly, but that being said, the Republican party mainly acts in the interests of business and the wealthy, while the Democratic party mainly acts in the interests of everyday people and the working class.
3
@icnsi - I only reiterate the sentiments of the Kurds who fought alongside the U.S. Why do these words leave you so restless in your bed at night. What ghosts of your own guilty conscience haunt your dreams?
3
@DogTrekker - No, it's not. "How [New York] Times Reporters Proved Russia Bombed Syrian Hospitals -- We recreated a day of airstrikes using video evidence, flight logs, witness reports and thousands of previously unheard Russian Air Force communications." - October 12th, 2019

Biden = liberal, 79 Truss = conservative, 47 No comparison.
2
Why is evidence in quotes? Am I missing something?
2
@corvusduluth - Arrogance, corruption and myopia. All key reasons why the Winter War was lost, and all key reasons why Putin's efforts in Ukraine are a hot mess.
2
@shayhorner6568 - The real reason is unknown. Putin's stated reason is an utter fabrication. Speculation centers around two main ideas: 1) Putin wants Ukraine and Belarus under Russian control and if he can't replace Zelensky another way, he's going to do it this way. 2) Putin is nervous about NATO, so he's going full "Chechen War II" on Ukraine for considering joining NATO.
2
@mando0128 - You have it exactly backwards. "On three separate occasions this week, Israeli government representatives said that the diplomatic process with the Palestinian Authority will not be pursued, and that Prime Minister Naftali Bennett does not plan to meet with Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas."
2
Apartheid is always unsustainable.
2
@ProudJew-ls1948 - Apartheid is always unsustainable. Israel is an apartheid state, currently.
