  2. The Republican party and their wholesale corruption is the only reason we don't have campaign finance reform. Also, term limits for Congress are unconstitutional and undemocratic. Democrats have passed over a dozen bills that crack down on dark money and make campaign contributions more transparent since the 2010 Citizens United ruling by the Republican majority of the Supreme Court. Republicans have blocked them all.

  3. We cannot forget, the days when the Senate debated was when the Senate was nearly all white men (1 black male Senator, 3-4 women senators). It's the white supremacy that broke the Republican party's ability to govern.
