His compassion and concern are evident, but the ultra-wealthy adventure tourism industry needs to pay into a fund so taxpayers aren't forced to not only subsidize their largesse through regressive tax policies and corporate welfare -- but also must foot the bill when adventure tourists get caught in life-threatening situations because of thrill-seeking.
