Whether or not the Committee makes a criminal referral is immaterial. The DOJ is conducting its own investigation and collecting any evidence needed from Congress and any and all other relevant sources as parties.

She voted with Trump 93% of the time, and yes, she's running in 2024. She represents the hard work done almost single-handedly by Democrats. She's only delivering the bare minimum, honoring her oath of office, unlike her fellow party members.

@AmericaIsWorthIt - You clearly don't understand how the U.S. Government's separation of powers works. The judicial branch's DOJ and the Congress's Impeachment processes are entirely different, with completely different evidentiary standards, purposes, and mandates.
