  2. 0:35 "Hover" is when you are facing the "stack" of landing airplanes. They slow way down and are approaching you at a distance with lights you can see easily at 10 miles. I can guarantee EVERYONE... Aliens do not know our flashing lights scheme. And why would you not run covert if a different country? There's no rule about not having lights while conducting espionage.
