In space, nope, no container. Water is a material, and has MASS, not weight. Weight is the perception of mass in a gravity environment.

Also in my fictional scenario, I have a (BS) pocket rebreather like 007 =) Now I wonder how a spitzer slug round in a 12ga would do. I wonder if the slug round cavitated the water in front of it, allowing it to go deeper, and if actually a ballistic shape, would have been stopped like the .50 cal.
