  1. Here's the problem. CURRENTLY, we have enough vehicles for EVERYONE TO DRIVE. Right now. i.e., we do not need to make another car for a very long time. If you were REALLY earnest about the environment, you'd have a 10 year moratorium on CAR PRODUCTION. ANY CAR, TRUCK, OR PERSONAL VEHICLE. NO MORE MADE. THAT, would solve a LOT of problems.
