There was no issue. Indian Government should have followed the law, went to court with the evidence. Punjab has seen unlimited amount of police brutality's and extra judicial killings, nobody trusts that in India he will get fair hearing. Governments cannot ask for extradition unless they prove the crime in the court of the law. According to international law Mr. Najjar has human rights.

I disagree with ;you. India kills the person without any Judicial process. India was accusing him but their accusation didn't pass the test of law, anybody can accuse anybody even Interpol said India had very weak case,. These kind of extra judicial killings went for 10 years in late eighties and half of 90's . in Punjab. If you or anybody goes to India and speak a word they don't like they will brand you as Khalistani (dehumanize) and kill you in a police encounter. Be very careful what you are supporting, it can backfire on you and your loved ones. PM Trudeau did us a favor by exposing it, otherwise India would have been emboldened and killed many others..
