  1. Most of these things aren't plot holes. Number four for instance, it's not like Black Widow and Captain America could pick up a phone to call the other Avengers without HYDRA tracing the call and even if the could talk to one another it would take Bruce and Tony a while to fly from New York to Washington D.C. while Thor was most likely on Asgard or in London with Jane and Hawkeye was on his farm in Avengers: Age of Ultron.
