  4. She is President of the European Commission, which means highest BUREAUCRAT ! Commission's duty is to make PROPOSALS on which others (Member States and European Parliament) decide on. If eg member states do not like her proposals she has to put forward other. So don't call her a leader, bc she only talks a lot and leads/decides nothing.
