  1. PPP itself has an inherent fallacy no one ever mentions or factors in Anders. Ok Russia has more purchasing power to buy more "cheaper" hardware internally, but how many "cheaper" T-90 tanks or Su-35 jets or MiG's can they buy ? They can't buy a gazzillion of them, they can barely build 50 jets a year and 250 tanks a year (same goes for missiles etc, they can only make a couple of dozen each month), so what are they going to spend the rest of their useless PPP adjusted rubles on ?
