  1. I know a lot of pundits have nothing good to ay about the UN these days. recently the UN SecGen spoke about the valiant freedom fighters of East Timor, but did not mention us in Ukraine. That was rally ignorant of him. The security council is broken, it needs reform. Of course in Ukraine we think that there was an invalid process to give the USSR seat to Russia automatically as the successor state (capital was in Moscow or whatever etc). As someone who worked in the UN, I'd like to hear your concise thoughts on how to reform or fix it up and bring it into the 21st century as a useful forum Pyotr.
