I live in Ukraine, I have been displaced twice in 2014 and more recently from Pokrovsk, where my block of flats was shelled and destroyed last week, and I do think this "ceasefire" is absurd for various reasons, some of which you mentioned (ruzzia has broken all ceasefire agreements we made with them, Minsk 1 & 2, the Normandy Format, Steinmeier formula, etc), but I don't think it will be a hard sell for Czar putin, to the ruzzian public, indicators are that a majority do want the war to end (polls are dodgey there, people are afraid to speak out against the war, but they are sick of the war too). The real resistance will come from the so called, Z-Patriots & Z-Bloggers, so the ultra nationalists like the incarcerated Igor Girkin etc. They are a small but loud minority. Putin could sell whatever he wants to the ruzzian public that is uncritical in thinking and are like sheep. It's the Z-nationalists that re the real conundrum. Anyway the most absurd part of this ceasefire is - who gets to start shooting first on the 31st day ?

  2. @ ruzzia violated Minsk 2 before the ink had even dried on the document, during the siege in Ilovaisk, commanders of Ukrainian forces in the city attempted to negotiate an agreement that would allow them to withdraw and putin said that a "humanitarian corridor for besieged Ukrainian soldiers" should be established, allowing the trapped soldiers to leave Ilovaisk, and then they were all massacred, in a massive crime, so don't come on here and lecture me with your Kremlin lies.I was there in Donbas at the time, you were not.

  3.  @tamasgyorffy1  Everything you say is a possibility in ruzzia, no arguments there. For sure when President Zelensky announced it, it was obvious this was just to recover our normal status before the argument and ambush in the white house where Vance and Trump set up the reasons to "take it all away" for us. Then, just to get back to that status Ukraine had before that ambush in the white house, we get forced into this pointless 30 day "ceasefire". It was a dirty tactic from Trump, but it worked to force us into his ways. Then take it from there with everything Mr Warburg stated in this show he did. He does a good job.
