  20. You gotta learn how to discipline yourself my dude. Hold yourself to a higher standard than what you currently are. Every time one of your vices start to come up (snacking, horny, whatever) go do something physical. Start with going for walks, they don't have to be too long. Just walk a few blocks or around your neighborhood to distract you from your vice. After once you have that down packed then go to a gym. Don't start out fast. Just do some things here and there and look up fitness things, challenges in particular. Find one that you like and want to do, and start working towards it. All this process takes months for most but when you finally have the discipline for it you will never look back.

My account was private so the only way you can request a friendship was through someone who knew me directly.
