  1. I'm pretty sure the frozen Russian assets in the EU and US are not going to Ukraine. But EU and US have a problem that frozen US and EU assets in Russia are being used to pay the Russians who lost frozen assets in the US and EU. Lots of US and EU businesses have lost a lot of money thanks to their governments.
