  4. Thing is Russia and China know where all US submarines are. US spending $132 Billion on submarines is cheap, that's way less than the budget they give to Ukraine to try and fight Russia for them unsuccessfully.

When you say US gives away, you mean the US taxpayers money is given to the government's friends in Navistar Defence to build these for huge profits, and then give them to Ukraine, for Russia to take or destroy. Navistar Defence make huge profits and give kickbacks to the government, the US public lose out big time.
